Landau Gage/Remark Farms Support

Landau Gage Inc. will be assisting our team this year with manufacturing our steering rack as well as CMM measuring some parts for our vehicle.

Also we have received a donation from Remarks Farms, as they will be supplying our team with both penne and spaghetti for our pasta dinner which will be held in a few weeks at the Fogular Furlan Dinner.

We will have our 2006 Baja Car on display at the Fogular for this event so that our visitors can view, ask questions and see what a Baja Car is.

Fogular Furlan

Lots of things have been going on over the past couple of months. We have already completed building our frame at Centerline and we have taken this back to the school. Currently we are working on putting tabs onto our frame. We have been able to put together our first transmission assembly and we look to shortly couple this to an engine and run some trials/testing on it using the 2006 car.

Our team has also decided that we would like to have another dinner event to help raise additional funding to help support our team. This will be our third dinner event. We current have set aside March 14th 2007 at the Fogular Furlan Club. More details to follow for this event in near future. We will be looking into bringing a car to show at the event. As well as 50/50 draw, door and raffle prizes should also be available.
